Deposits
25% non-refundable deposit is due when you book to lock in your date. Your event must be more than 2 months away for a deposit and payment plan option.
Payment Types
We accept Afterpay, Venmo, Zelle, Cash, CC, or certified checks. Convenience fess may apply. Ask about our Cash Discounts.
NonProfit
Non-Profit discounts available for weeknight or Sunday rentals.
Cancellation
What if I cancel or need to postpone?
Booking and event payments are non-refundable, but you have two options:

Reschedule: Apply the amount you’ve already paid toward a new available date. Services pause until your date is confirmed. A second payment is required when planning resumes, and any extra charges must be agreed to in writing.

Sell or transfer your booking: A friend or family member can take over your booking, payments made, and remaining balance. Payments due are paused until their new contract is finalized. Any money exchanged between you and your replacement is handled directly between you; the remaining booking balance is owed to Serenity.
All requests must be made in writing. New dates and transfers require Serenity Event Center’s written confirmation.
Refundable damage or security deposits follow your contract’s separate deposit terms. If Serenity cancels, your rights under applicable law still apply.
